No. Most beginners start with basic movements and progress using minimal equipment like bars and resistance bands that I provide during my sessions.

Do I need to be fit before starting calisthenics coaching?
Not at all. Most of my clients start with little to no experience. Every session is adapted to your level, so you can safely build strength from day one and progress at your own pace.
ABOUT ME
I am Matt, originally from France and have lived in Australia for the last 10 years.
I started Calisthenics in 2017 after performing at high levels in various sports.
My mission is to inspire, motivate and transform individuals of all ages through Calisthenics.
I believe that everyone regardless of age, possesses the ability to embrace and excel in this transformative fitness journey.
I now devote my time to teaching Calisthenics both in person and online, from beginners through to advanced.
